We want you to feel confident trying GLP-Balance™. If your first order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll work with you.

Unopened Products
Full refund within 30 days of delivery. Product must be sealed and in original packaging. Return shipping is customer's responsibility.

First-Time Buyers
If you've tried the product and it's not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase. We offer a one-time courtesy refund for first-time buyers on one opened bottle per customer. Product must have more than half the capsules remaining (30+ capsules).

Subscription Orders
Cancel your subscription anytime — no cancellation fees. Refunds are not available on subscription shipments that have already been delivered. Please cancel before your next billing date.

Damaged or Defective Products
Email support@renuviamd.com with a photo of the damage and a count of remaining capsules. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.

How to Request a Return
Email support@renuviamd.com with your order number. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
