Dr. Falcon's clinical work centers on metabolic and endocrine medicine: type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, hyperlipidemia, and hormone optimization, including GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist therapy. Working with patients on semaglutide and tirzepatide, he kept seeing the same gaps: lean muscle lost during rapid weight reduction, low energy, stalls, and the challenge of keeping results once the medication stops.
