Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss for shipped products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Please review our complete Refund Policy for full details, including eligibility requirements.

• Unopened products: Full refund within 60 days of delivery.
• Opened products (first-time buyers): Eligible for a one-time courtesy refund with more than half the capsules remaining. Photo and capsule count required.
• Damaged or defective items: Photo required — replacement shipped, no return needed.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
